Lee’at Gentely, also known as the Cake Lady or Cake Queen is the one man show behind Caked & Baked, a bespoke cake design business based in Tel Aviv.  Originally from London, Lee’at made Aliyah 10 years ago together with her now husband, with just a couple of suitcases between them.  With zero experience Lee’at first started making cakes for her own kids birthday’s, then helping out with friend’s cakes and now runs a successful cake business with a 6 week waiting list. www.facebook.com/cakedandbakedisrael www.instagram.com/caked_and_baked
